Accredition and Empanelment Procedure of Third Party Competent Person for Inspection under Factories Act, 1948

1. A person or an institution whose candidates has not attained 62 years of age with qualification, experience and facilities in command shown in the schedule (Click Here) may Apply to Chief Inspector of Factories and Boilers, Rajasthan, Jaipur with copies of the documents in support along with latest Medical fitness certificate.
2. No fees is required.
3. If the qualification, experience and facilities in command and Medical fitness certificate are correct thenCompetency Certificate is granted within 60 days.
